Yes, after a long and reasonably active holiday it's time to think about real training. First, I have to get a handle on the seven hour jet lag and completely shake the sinus infection that started in Finland. The good news is that I didn't gain any weight on the cruise.
No promises for today except for a good stretching session after the gardening. Weight goal is 70 Kg.
