MU online class. Lots of Pilates moves, could have used more stretching.

Brisk walk with mumsey along the river. Cool and windy. Left hip was sore by the end but groin area was ok.

9 holes at Falconridge. 1 birdie, 2 pars, 1 bogey, 2 double bogies, and the rest was a disaster. Bogey golf seems a long way off. Nice day to hang out with the golfing guys.

Down the river to Lees bridge and back just before the rain intensified.
Nice temperature, leg only cramped on the last hill in VM park.

Many stops for scenery and observation on this long walk in the light rain along the river. Knee was bugging me towards the end. That’s a new symptom. The groin was fine.

Nice walk in the rain to the new bridge at Carleton U.
Avoided any stressful climb/steps with the left leg to protect the groin.
In the end, I didn’t have any groin pain or leg cramps at all.

Gentle mix class with Stu of MU. Nice to get a shout-out every from Stu once and awhile. But the online class size has diminished from last spring where there were 50-60 in a class to less than 30 now. So lots of participants get a shout-out because I think we are down to the "core" group that started over 2 years ago. David and Debbie, who got us started, are still participating.

9 holes at Raceview with the "guys". Beautiful day, lousy golf.
Groin felt OK but the leg is still weaker than usual.

Just a guess at the amount of actual walking time. Shared an electric cart to protect my sore groin. I tend to hook and Ger tends to slice so there is a fair bit of splitting up with multiple clubs in the walking golfer’s hands.
Drives were OK but otherwise dreadful golf around the greens.

Very easy stretching MU class focussing on the upper body bits like the neck and shoulders. The groin was a little stiff but not a concern.
Have been very careful during the day to not tweak the groin. Have done very little walking. The golf tomorrow will be a good test on how I am recovering.

Movement Union class with weights. Pressure on the left leg caused groin pain. Didn’t do much during the day but sudden movement would cause groin pain. Am monitoring it now to determine if it’s a one-of situation or something more chronic.

First cycle in a long time. Perfect weather, down the canal and back. The bike path along the Ottawa is still closed.
Left groin was very sore from the previous few days of exercise and cottage work so I had to take it easy. Maybe the problem started the previous weekend with two days of hilly orienteering? Concerned that this was an early symptom of the hip failure on the right side.
