Perfect weather, good buddies, probably my worst game all summer. Every stroke was different from the last. Lost 3 balls, found 8. Back to half swings next time.
Pretty tough workout. Not that much stretching but lots of strength for upper body. Really need that. Has been neglected ever since the pandemic started and the fitness club closed.
Missed a lot of the class while attending the needs of the HVAC maintenance guy. Big change in the weather. Can shut down the AC now. The furnace will come on soon.
The QL stretch did me in again. Tweeked my back so I was a bit stiff the rest of the day. Worked in Jennie’s garden but avoided any lower back loading.
Feeling really tired from all the work at Jennie’s new house so I skipped the exercise class and headed over to her place for another full day of gardening. Then I was really exhausted. In bed at 8:30.
Perfect weather for 9 holes at the local public course. Greens are in terrible shape, missed a lot of short putts. Topped a lot of shots, but have the hook under control.
