Hot and muggy walk to the ice cream store and back. Burned 300 calories but added 400 back. : )

Feeling stiff all over after 4 days at the cottage. Got a lot done with the help of the “kids”. Hooked up to MUs Saturday class which is usually a good stretching session.

Nice afternoon walk with mumsey to the ice cream parlour. Met up with lots of friends along the way.

Nice ride by myself on the canal-Trillium loop. About 22 km. Very hot and humid though. Was feeling pretty wiped out.

Back to the MU class after 3 days of working at the cottage. Really needed the back stretches after yesterday’s golfing. I swing as much in 9 holes as a good golfer does in 18!

An easy session with mostly stretching. Back was stiff from yesterday's golfing so it was good to stretch out my funky lower back muscles.

First 9 holes in a couple of years. Lots of errant shots but also a few nice ones. Weather was threatening so we had the course almost to ourselves. That was nice so we could retake our errant shots and practice our putting.

Worked hard at the cottage the last 3 days. Lost a couple of pounds that will be fun to add back.
Perfect weather today so I had to head down the canal and back to check out the sights. Slow going on the pathways so I kept to the roads as much as I could.

Nice evening walk with mumsey to the beach and then over towards the canoe club that has just re-opened for singles use.

Less strength and more stretch. But hard on my lower back. No flexibility there, just stiffness.

Couldn’t get the ATV started so I had to hike up to the mapping area. Mostly ok woods. Too cold for black flies but the mosquitoes were a bit of a pain.
