Today was the first day that I feel like I'm on the mend. It's amazing what 10 hours of sleep can do for you. I wasn't exhausted after only play for 10 minutes, I could run hard and quicker. I felt good.
It felt good to get out but after 30 minutes I crashed. The second half of the run was melt for me, just convincing myself to run the next step or setting little goals to keep motivated.
