Pretty nice course. Didn't quite get the best route choice all the time, but still a pretty clean run. Missed a legal route through garden beds on the way to 4 and had to go back a few metres, had to go back around the end of the wall for 6, didn't quite get the control straight on at 7, dropped my map to 11, and hesitated on a few other controls.

A light warm up and down. Didn't want to overdo the warm up 'cause I felt a little sick and not the best muscularly.

Meant to be 6km, but not quite. Pretty happy with 4th place, which means I can go to the CIS Cross Country representing the ISA.
