With Paula, Ali, Michele, Simon, Jo and Cath. Long steep hills or pretty flat, not much in between. Along the Benowie walking track from Rosemead Rd, following Berowra creek, and the up the hill to near the top of the ridge The others turned around just before Quarry road meets the track, I continued until about 500m before Galston Gorge.

Bits of the bush along the track would be pretty good orienteering terrain.
