Event: 2016 US Two-Day Classic Championships and Sprint Relay

Running warm up/down 10:00 [2] 1.2 km (8:20 / km) +30m 7:24 / km
shoes: O-Icebug - Grn Spirit 3 - 11

Orienteering race 1:44:22 [4] 14.0 km (7:27 / km) +400m 6:31 / km
shoes: O-Icebug - Grn Spirit 3 - 11

Very solid race physically, and navigationally at US CHamps. 30% behind TGIF on my clean splits, slightly more on others, but nothing Attackpoint counted as a mistake. Had a French Toast bagel at 8am, 2 slices of sourdough break at 10am, and GU before and mid-way through the race - in case that helped... :)

Felt like I was throwing myself through the forest - and fell twice for it - 2nd time just before the spectator loop bruising a toe pretty badly. Hopefully not fractured. Will need to figure out how to tape it for NAOC.
