Right - mispunched! So no excuses just completely avoided a control - reason? Reading too far ahead and forgetting which one I was going to - nuff said don't do it again....

Pleased #1-#6 ahead of Harold and Ed to here - then lost a min falling for the trap to #7 - schoolboy!

Ran into a fence and nicked myself over 8-9

Next major time loss was #13 where I read the next control description which was west of thicket not north so went wrong side of fence.

Poor route choice to 19

Then apart from missing out 21 good to end,

Considering I'm injured/unfit at the moment happy with placing and bodes well if I can get rid of this hip flexer problem and the lethargy/sickness I feel all the time at present.
