Park Run. first in a long time.

They changed the procedure.. and so I thought I had time for a warm up... only to discover they started without me!
So I started about 1 min back and picked off the slower people.

Fairly cruisy effort although I puffed.

Urban Rogaine 1
Late.. so only had a couple of minutes to plan. Pulled off a good route I think and landed in 3rd place in a big field

Harriers Training.
Pretty slow and I just felt totally flat and let them go for the last quarter.
Knee pretty good though.

Quick workout after 10 days off from the gym.
Kept the weights down a bit.. particularly on the sensitive left knee.
