Easy 1st run back. Long weekend away . Staying just north of Thames. Run up the beach to te puru. Then up a side road and onto the te piru tramping track. Didn't get far before I had to begin the return journey
Physio. Uncertain of injury, but it seems to be improving fast even if both calf and quad remain a bit swollen. Query... a knee tweak and a knock to the calf! 2 injuries wrapped up as 1!
