Run race 50:04 [3]

Harriers Race.
I was not optimistic for greatness after a late night and a couple of beers the night before.
Plus it was quite windy and this course had a few hills (the Half Marathon 10k route).
Still a bit disappointed to not go under 50min despite a bit of a sprint at the end.

Pretty slow for the 1st half... but really picked up over the last couple of km.

Calves still very tender!

After work... because I couldn't get away at lunch time. So had more time to extend the workout.

Went light on the quads and calves as they are sore from yesterday.
