13.5k mostly with Jas until I burned him off for the last few km.

From Twin Willows with no willows.. St Kilda, then a couple of hills around Lake Te Koutu

5k Time Trial w Harriers
Got to turn around in abour 11:50, so return was slightly faster. SOunds even better that the head wind was worse on the return leg.

Actually, it worked out that I hit the front after 1.5k and so had the superstars all catching me. Quite motivating!

Content with time. I Dream of faster, but felt pretty good and faster than same race last year by 20 seconds.

pushed quite hard and was tying up a little at the end.
