Run long 1:28:20 [3]

Long and slow run. 3 loops of the golf course.

Felt very flat at the start... took a lot of will power. Improved as time went on.

Pilates (BodyBalance) 55:00 [1]

Les Mills Body Balance class.
Get to watch fit ladies do Abs exercises while they smile and talk. Meanwhile at the half way point of the Abs exercise , I am totally stuffed and can't do any more!

Run 44:46 [3]

Run... which was surprisingly hard after body balance class.
the guide said... 5 easy, 15 steady, 10 threshold (which means hard I guess), 10 steady, 5 easy.
After the threshold I was fairly stuffed! and sort of grovelled the rest.

Plus warm up and down... from home.

Easy run on GC.
Probably went harder than 'Easy' but I felt good.

Run intervals 44:36 [3] 7.2 km (6:12 / km)

GOlf course on dusk. Just me and a hedgehog.

Intervals. 6 x 4min with 90s jog between.
Generally picked undulating route options to keep the uphill efforts going.
Pretty dark by the end which didn't help my trying to push harder.

felt pretty good.

Plus a couple of hours gardening.
A bit sore when I write this the next day.
