Harriers Cross Country at Charltons Farm. 2 x 3k laps.
I felt my handicap could favourable as I am fitter in recent weeks... so was pretty determined! Through first lap in 15 something so possibly had a faster 2nd lap. Certainly pushed as hard as possible Actually won by 30seconds and I even took a wrong turn for about 30-40 meters!
Better than my previous best here in 2013 by 10 seconds or so.
Managed to tweak a muscle in my back very slightly early on... so held back for the rest of the session. First gym workout in 11 days.... which is not great.
