Run race 30:14 [5]

Harriers Cross Country at Charltons Farm. 2 x 3k laps.

I felt my handicap could favourable as I am fitter in recent weeks... so was pretty determined!
Through first lap in 15 something so possibly had a faster 2nd lap. Certainly pushed as hard as possible
Actually won by 30seconds and I even took a wrong turn for about 30-40 meters!

Better than my previous best here in 2013 by 10 seconds or so.

Managed to tweak a muscle in my back very slightly early on... so held back for the rest of the session. First gym workout in 11 days.... which is not great.

First for the year.
Am fairly sore and stiff today after weekends exertions! so took it a bit easy... but still got a good sweat up.
