2 laps of the golf course. Felt pretty good. 2nd lap was getting fairly dark which made it hard to go hard when uncertain about foot placement.
Did 1st lap in 24:45... so that makes 2nd lap 25:10!
Was organised to run while Blake trained.
But being a teenage boy, he is unorganised... forget his gym gear so had to borrow my running clothes.
So no run for me!
quick effort tonight.
Down to the end of the road and then 5 x hill reps up the grass on Shakespear. 80-90 each time.
