Run race 55:30 [4]
10k Harriers race. 2 x 5k high school circuit.
Oh dear.
I thought this would be a struggle after no runs for 2 weeks. I was right.
Fairly strong head wind at times.
Actually woke up feeling not 100% so I knew this would not be pretty!
First lap in 26:30. Keeping it very easy. Then got mowed down by the masses and lost all motivation except to finish.
As I write this the next day, I am fairly sore which indicates how hard a work it was for my body!
Better do some training.
