with Jas in the ridiculous heat. Nearly killed me. Leamington circuit with add on. about 9.6k. Wilting by the end.

Park run. about 30s faster then last week (when I checked once home!). So that was very pleasing.

Orienteering race 25:11 [5]
Summer Series 3 at Uni. No control errors. 1 definete route choice error when i went the inefficient way around a building. Hard to know if some of the other route choices were the best or not. Pushed hard to stay in front of Craig once I caught him. he muffed the last control and so I avoided the sprint finish!

5k Fun run.
I think my PB last year was 25:30, so miles off that even though I tried hard! It was very humid so there was plenty of sweating going on!
