Orienteering race 2:03:00 [4]

Rogaine at Coopers Creek.
Flat to steep farmland.
Tried to clear the course, decided to go for it when I reached decision point with 20min to go.. but had trouble with a control that cost me several minutes and suddenly I was in big trouble.
Missed 2 x 10 point controls but also lost 30 points for being late.

Starting to cramp and was pretty buggered by the end. But nice area to explore.

Leamington Circuit.
Alternated between trying a bit harder and then telling myself to cruise as I have a 2 hour Rogaine the next day!

Knees felt good. I assume the SPin classes are helping with quad strength already.

early morning spin class.
Starting to feel more comfortable already at these classes (after 3!!)

Urban Rogaine 4 at Fairview Downs.
Actually think I had a pretty good plan. Arrived for Mystery activity at 10:00!

But then tried to go for one more and then suddenly I was late and getting tired!
Had to miss one just slightly down a side road and also 2min late.

Spin Class.
Intervals.
Legs getting a bit tired after all the biking in last few days.
