Orienteering race 1:03:05 [2]

O Race. Jay Road near Reperoa.
Farmland with the odd pocket of forest and bushy gullies.

No signficant errors although the O was mostly pretty easy. A few route choice legs and a few steep hills to crawl up.
Awesome day.

This area is adjacent to an area that I made an O map of in 1994 when I lived near here. Back then it was pine forest totally clean underneath. Now it is all diary farms!

Lap of golf course perimeter. Beautiful evening for a run. really enjoyed this.
Had to stop for a golfer at one point..
Tried to push hard particularly near the end.

Pilates class. Tough on my weak Abs!

Gym Cardio intervals 20:00 [4]

Jumped on new step machine. did 10 x 1min hard with 1min easy. Puffed a lot by the end.

Tue night Harriers. about 8k apparently although it was fairly steady for my level of fitness so I wonder if it was a bit more.

slowly stepping it up for my normal circuit.
