Leamington circuit. Didn't do my usual 'stop after 5min to stretch'.
Pushed pretty hard through first part then hit the swamp to find the board walk in disarray as they are rebuilding it. Difficult to get through and could not run it.
Sort of struggled after that and was lacking in a bit of will power by the end.

Warm up jog to the end of the street and back.

My FOrest Lake circuit. Felt very unmotivated and a bit sore from previous days exertions... but thought I would give it a go and was surprised to go a bit faster than 2 days prior.

1 x Hard lap of Forest lack. Can't remember previous best, but pretty sure it was over 17min. Pushed pretty hard.
