Ran the length of the Hakarimata's with Jas . Nth to Sth. Darn warm even though we started at 8:00am. pretty rough underfoot thanks to thick tree roots. So had to fast walk a fair bit.
I think we probably ran 60-70%.
Felt pretty good really. Starting to struggle on the final few steps!

actually a swim... but I don't have a catagory for that. Swum to and around boats with Blake. Probably swam for 30min but will only claim 10 as training!
