Normal stuff.
Only thing of interest to report is that each week they have a gym challenge. SOmetimes I participate like a few weeks ago I could do 12 chin ups!
This weeks was timed 90 degree squat against the wall. I did 3:01 before my wobbling quads gave out and I slid down the wall.
That was enough for 2nd place out of the 10 or so that had done it so far!
