Up and over Maungatautiri again w Jas. Had a bit of a break at the trig to play Ingress.

Lighter pack then last time.
Jas didn't let me slacken off too often.

Gym circuit 50:00 [3]

Normal stuff.
Only thing of interest to report is that each week they have a gym challenge. SOmetimes I participate like a few weeks ago I could do 12 chin ups!

This weeks was timed 90 degree squat against the wall. I did 3:01 before my wobbling quads gave out and I slid down the wall.
That was enough for 2nd place out of the 10 or so that had done it so far!

Dawn run.
Found a big bill right close to home! From the Boat Ramp right up and into Fort St.

Did 4 of these which took about 2:20 - 2:35 each rep.
