Half Marathon Course w Jas. Really struggled over last 5k which was disappointing. I wasn't trying to match my time from last year which wsa 1:52 ish , but I expected to be bit closer.

It seems a bit daunting to beat last years time in 2 weeks, but what the hell... why not!

Thanks for the patience Jas! and for the running solo commentary on the world of Lacrosse towards the end. I did hear most of it :)

Run 42:58 [4]

8k Leamington Greenbelt circuit. Kept a good pace and kept pushing without going really hard. 90s below my recent record and actually my 4th fastest of
'officially' recorded times.. This is really only because I don't do it as a time trial that often.

So feeling in pretty good shape I reckon.

My back/shoulders have been so damn tight lately. Too much studying with crap posture

Spin class w Emma. Sprints, Hill climbs and then more Sprints.

First spin class in a few months so it was tough.

2 x trainings in the 1 day... phew.

Run 27:25 [4]

Designed my self a 5k run using mostly the river trail and the lake. So quite a few hills and steps and off road surface.
Legs pretty flat really. Presumably from Sundays run. Tried to push hard but struggled to really make it happen.
