10k Harriers Race. Handicap version.
Exactely the same time as last year! Pity I couldn't remember last years time although I knew it was close.
5k in 24:05 approx which I knew was too fast! Then 25:03.
Pretty much the same splits as last year.
This is my "old man' PB. ie the fastest 10k since I got old.
Another new type of class with Emma. A Pump class. You work with different types of dumbells. My arms were dropping off by the end. But also work quads, calves, abs and other stuff I have probably forgotten.
Don't think it does a huge amount for Cardio fitness, but good substitute for a gym work out.

Training twice in one day... what is going on.
Did better than last week... ie slightly more co-ordinated. Although so busy trying to keep up with the foot movements, that the arms don't do much! We carry these weights, so I had 2kg in each arm. Sore shoulders the next day!
NOt a massive Cardio workout for me, but still got the heart pumping
