Run race 33:06 [5]

Harriers X Country race. 2x3k. 2 laps at

So died on 2nd lap.... but also on my own which does not help motivation.
Actually got a slight stitch for a while on the 2nd lap which didn't help also.

Best time of the last 3 years, (previous best was 33:18) so I should be a bit content, but I kind of was disappointed as really struggled on 2nd lap.

Full circuit. First time back for 13 days after my shoulder strain. Knocked back the upper body weights slightly. Otherwise all good.

w Harriers in the freezing cold. Mostly fairly easy. But ended up with the guns for about 700m at 4min/km pace which was hard work!
