Control Collection and pick up. So of course very stop-start.... although I tried to make myself run up the hills where possible.
ie... it is nearly impossible to run up carrying 17 standards and a vest with 17 SI boxes in it!

Nice turn out at event which was satisfying.

Pilates 30:00 [1]

The home Pilates thing before work. Where I get to be very close the carpet in the breakfast room and notice all the dirt on it as I have not vacuumed it for ages.... that is my bit of the house to vacuum!

Run hills 20:00 [5]

Hill Sprints under High Bridge. 8 x 30-33 Seconds
Have not done this for a while. Shit it is hard!
Saved the hardest flat out effort for the 2nd to last one... which was 1 second faster than all others.. Then beat it by 0.2 second on the last climb. Hmmm

Run 15:00 [2]

Warm up and stagger down.... from hill sprints

Nearly full circuit. Have been going regularly for a couple of weeks now, so it is starting to feel better as some strength returns.

Run intervals 40:00 [4]

Harriers training. warm up, then told to do
2min at 10k pace.
90s at 5k pace
60s at 3k pace.
then in reverse
Then 2k warm down.

Of course for some of them I just had to sprint into the lead just to look cool and then got mown down when I couldn't hold that pace. ha
