Gym circuit 55:00 [3]

1st Full Circuit in a while. Have lost strength in all body parts it seems, so am sore now (the next day!).
But its good to be back on the horse so to speak.

Cough finally gone I think... well 99% gone at least.

Run race 31:20 [5]

6k Harriers Race. 3 x 2k laps of Lake Te Kute. Reduction Relay so slow 1st lap with 11 year old Charlotte, then next 2k with 13 William who had to slow up a couple of time for me!

Then last 2 k on my own.
Started in 2nd place and had the lead briefly but got mown down by a few and we finished 4th.
Quite a fun format.
