w Jas. 12.8 apparently. Leamington loop + extras. Fairly pedestrian which is why it felt pretty easy I guess!

Full work out. A bit slow as I was sometimes distracted by the rugby sevens on the TV!!!

Orienteering 53:00 [3]

Tried to do 10k Circuit that Harriers Run.. I understood it was a bit short of 19k, so added 200m on at the start.... but according to MapMyRun I didn't need to do that and it is indeed 10k.

Very windy which made it hard going and was disapointed with time, even with taking 1min off for extra distance it would have been 52min and I did it in Harriers in 49:30 from memory.
A few hills mixed up with boring long flat straights.

Ham Lake event. No mistakes worth mentioning except I fell over at one point on a wet path! Nice to have good competition going on.
