Orienteering 1:32:00 [3]

O Event at Old MOuntain Road. Pretty Brutal Terrain... I won't be encouraging our events back there in a hurry!
Control in wrong place (actually 3!) so I stuffed around and once found .. moved to somewhere more obvious. Then spent quite a bit of time helping 11 year old Chloe who was bravely doing the red long course!
Knee got a major workout. I was tentative on it, but it help up pretty good really.

Gym circuit 45:00 [4]

Spin class. Normal instructor away... replacement not so good.. because she talks all the time! Just a bit flat and slow this morning compared so some recent sessions.

Gym circuit 50:00 [2]

Again didn't get out of bed quick enough for a full circuit.... but 5:30 is still bloody early!. Got all the core exercises in... now doing 3x11 chin ups... so time to move to 12's!! Plus the usual warm up and warm down on Cardio maching.

Spin Class. FOund a 'hard' machine with high tension... so had to work damn hard just to get to 300 Cal. (last week I got to 620 on another bike!).
Felt pretty good and knee pretty good also.

Gym circuit 55:00 [3]

SHort circuit focussed on leg exercises. Plus bike to work as usual and bike to gym and back.
