Tramping (or Walk) 5:00:00 [1]

Lake Waikaremoana 5 day family tramp. Super Heavy Pack + often did uphill bits twice to carry other packs!
Day 3. Long day (well for kids!) to Waiopaoa Hut. John and I diverted for an hour to the waterfall while family carried on to hut. Actually took about 7 hours but lots of stops. Shoulders killing me at the end of this day with every possible heavy item in my pack !!

From Ham Gym club down to river trail, then into town before return same way. Was supposed to run 13k so hopefully it was about that, but quite a few twists and turns in the river trail.
First time for most of this run and it is very pleasant trail.

No Spin, so did my circuit... only seem to be doing it once a week currently so not making any progress on the chin ups!

Run 1:01:00 [5]

Up Sanitorium Hill with Jason. Felt strong until last bit and then tied up a bit. 24min up the hill. Hard work! Then cruisy run through bush and down road. 8.7km according to GPS watch.
