Bike to and from - normal circuit. 12/12/10 Chin ups so getting close to target.

Run long 1:46:00 [3] 17.5 mi (6:03 / mi)

Waikato River Trail out and back with Jason. 54min out and 52 back so that was pleasing although slightly downhill return... Rivers run down!! Felt good all the way.

5k series at Cambridge racecourse. 1st time on this course. Tough underfoot w long grass for much of the course. So time was pretty sad looking but also didn't push myself very hard.
