Orienteering race 1:11:19 [4]

Kairangi event. A bit sore from race yesterday. Managed to run all the way up hill although rather slow I suspect. Lost a tiny bit of time due to controls being knocked over by stock.

Incl run there and back. + 10 min cycle incl 6x30s hard out with 30s gaps.
adjusted work out to do exercises in pairs. seemed to go well and easier to manage equipment.
