Felt so good. Fastest in a while... possibly ever! Last weekends races must have made a difference.

2 laps of river circuit. 14.42 & 14.32. Had to bust a boiler at the end of 2nd one to beat the time.
Felt really good.

Worked pretty hard - dripping sweat which takes some doing in Pilates!!

Orienteering race 52:30 [5]

NZ Relay Champs. 43rd on 1st leg !!!
3min error at end, otherwise not much wrong. Just pretty shagged and had to work hard to keep moving at times!
Great event.
