Another clean run, first half mostly on compass checking off features. More greenbrier encounters on second half so took a few wide routes along disc golf fairways. Straight may have been faster, or it may have been crap. Still not fast enough to be in contention even though I was happy with the run. Perhaps my days of vying for a podium spot are over, even in a thin field.

4th of 23 - AP shows 4 errors, but only one of which I would attribute to error conditions, the other 3 were route deviations due to ground conditions or just slow underfoot.

Nice day, wet woods. One error of note, rest pretty good, but rarely fast. Beaten soundly by Sergei R? by about 15 minutes.

124 - easy spike
121 - trail between ponds, right in - control seemed closer to trail than center of circle suggested, but the number matched so spike.
101 - more or less straight, along right side of marsh
102 - straight
103 - straight, noted end of stone wall, over spur, looked for something to match the big black blob on map - nada, skirted edge of marsh but never saw the northward arm of marsh, apparently crossed right over ended up in reentrant 100m west for a bit before turning eastwards, tentatively but then right in. Guessing 60-90 seconds lost here.
104 - more or less straight, but pulled up in the upper part of reentrant in circle before spying flag hiding down closer to marsh - probably 30-40s lost, but I suspect control not in center of circle
114 - mostly straight, keying off stone walls
115 - L of line, up spur, dropping over just before edge of circle and in
105 - corner stone wall, edge of marsh, into reentrant and up to wall
106 - straight, a little ducking in laurel, above marsh almost went a bit too far but noted large boulder in front of me and turned to see flag as i was passing
107 - L of marsh, R of large cliff, a little slower through marshy bits which seemed a bit vague, trying to read contours ahead then noted flag immediately to my L so quick scoot up to it
108 - followed marshy bits to trail, SW a bit on trail, between knoll then up and over to control
109 - a bit slow picking through rocks, but spot on.
113 - straightish to trail, into the green N of marsh, slow crouched run under laurel, trying not to weave too much, up onto southern hill top, took me a moment to notice the vague "dot knoll" sitting in the saddle with a flag beside it.
111 - straight, but slow picking through green and rocks underfoot, crossed pipeline, but easiest cross left me R side of circle too close to marsh, up and over spur into reentrant - 25 seconds?
112 - slightly R of line, cleanly across marshy bits, down around distinct cliff, crossed between two marshes, stayed low by marsh rather than going direct, counted reentrants then up and in - looked up and down reentrant before noticing flag below cliff right in front of me - hadn't checked description.
116 - swung L of line to stay above marshes, lovely bit of woods there until I had to climb up to the cliff - no energy left for this...
F - straight, gap in fence, follow trickle up to trail, bit of entanglement in junky veg getting out onto trail, then trail/road up to finish cutting left off road onto wide trail about where the ruin was.

About halfway around I thought I might be able to break 60 minutes so pushed a little harder through the mid section, but that cost me in the energy department and the oomph went missing the last 15 minutes or so, dropping off even more once the 1 hour mark ticked over on my watch.
