Watch being weird - started run, showing time and HR, but no distance. Restarted a short way in... same thing. Tapped face of watch, started recording distance, but no data in GPS track so distance must be stride based. Ran to the gate and back, so adjusted distance accordingly and added a couple minutes for my initial futzing.

Zero - didn't get out for a morning walk, waffled on a mid-day run then had to run to Middletown to rescue Hayden from a flat tire - wheel wouldn't come off, had to call AAA to replace it. Training load is still pretty high, so a zero is probably a good thing.

A nice day out...
