Out for a walk to the lake - chilly, but sunny day. On the way home got a call from one of my former employees, now working at the Dartmouth Greenhouse - technical questions, then close to an hour just catching up - so wandered back and forth for a while keeping the walk going... Nice to catch up.

  • Garden - last of 2020 potato harvest sprouting hard, so planted them out as seed potatoes, even though it's probably too early.

Hip achy, just one hill, all the way down, super easy. May take a hiatus from running for a few days. Walk & exercises Coach suggested. May dig out the sword and incorporate some Myers sequences as they always involved a nice range of motion through the hips and core.
