Nice day in the woods - the run could have been better, but it is what it is. Totally overran #2, don't know how I missed it, pretty sure I was right in the zone. #3 got a little high early going between the rocky areas instead of below the lower one as planned, then never hit the trail, nor the marshy area beyond and was very slow and tentative but moving in the right general direction. Toward the end decided I needed to be higher up the slope to my left (guessing on my rough location) and about 150m before the control, everything sudden made sense and in I went. Not really sure of the time loss on 6 & 7 - felt I was clean and straight on both, but perhaps I was just being overly cautious and thus slow. Picked up the pace and felt pretty good for the rest.

Working today - training new hire, so no real opportunity to sneak away, then family birthday party and getting ready to fly to LA in the AM. Pretty pathetic week. And the first part of the coming week is shot already...
