Mostly raining, with occasional breaks of humidity and deerflies. Got it done.

Matched my total 2017 mileage (within a mile or so) with about 10 fewer hours. And still plenty of year left... And a little ahead of pace to record my highest mileage since I joined AP in 2000. And that highest year was about half cycling and one quarter walking, so not even much running that year.

Well, using Ken's fitness algorithms, it appears my fitness has now decayed to where it was in mid January. Lyme is such a buzzkill...
