4F, sunny to start. 3-5" of snow on the ground and on the trees made for lovely views, but tough footing on the Shenipsit Trail north from Gulf Rd to Greaves (terminus) & back. Lots of slipping, sliding, ducking & hunting for blazes. Easier route finding on the return leg.

Rest Day, planned just an easy jaunt. But felt good about a mile in and just gradually kept ratcheting up the effort and the pace, finishing up solidly in the red zone before dialing it back for the last 400m. Felt great. Tomorrow was supposed to be for speedy stuff, but perhaps I'll just run easy tomorrow or even take it off entirely...
