Left work early to run some errands. Found myself back home with a little time to spare so tossed on some shorts and ran down to the lake. Haven't run in a very long time so kept a slow measured pace. 16 minutes out, 16:32 back.

First run in almost 4 months (Feb 8) if I don't count the aborted attempt at the forest in mid March...
