Run - Trail (Mansfield Hollow) 1:04:05 [3] 9.7 km (6:36 / km)
shoes: Bondi B

Sunday trail run with the Mansfield Trail Runners. Nice pace around the lake, last bit on road so I elected to cut off and do a couple minutes terrain interval in some of the steep gully stuff before getting back to parking lot. Legs, knees etc all felt fine. Not a lot of grip/stability with the Hokas on the steeps though.

Geocaching with the boys - partly on gps, mostly on compass & pace estimation. Could probably count as orienteering but didn't have a map in hand (gps map notwithstanding). Found 12 of 13 caches...

Run - Road (Lake & back) 29:58 [3] 6.0 km (5:00 / km)
shoes: Bondi B

After dinner, after dark... donned the headlamp and headed out to the lake to get something on the log before last weeks training falls off... Legs stiff and ornery going out, but loosened up by the time I turned around. Came back at a bit higher turnover, shorter stride length to focus a bit more on the forefoot. About a half a minute faster coming back.
