Group run w/ Kevin & Steve (RD's), Deb, Todd, Joe, Jane & a number of others I don't know. Dusting of snow which hid some icy spots and made technical descending a bit slow (for me), but no trips or falls. Pushed the hills pretty good, though still had to walk a couple spots. Pleased with my effort.

Later morning run with MRC guys from Line St. Decent, but not excessive pace, down around reservoir and back towards Line St. I branched off for an extra 2.5 up towards the summit of case and back pushing the hills a bit. Felt pretty good. Did some off trail running on the way back down to Line and at one spot rolled my ankle really good, but only a brief run of expletives. Fine by the time I hit bottom.

Home from work today, so elected to take advantage of stupid warm temps and head out for a run. Paved roads, squishy dirt roads, trails - some good, some icy. Felt generally decent all the way around. Pace pretty consistent except the big hill at north end of the lake, but I did manage to run up the whole thing, something I don't always manage to do. Backed it off a little the last couple km home.
