Run - Road (Chipmunk Chase) 22:45 [3] 5.0 km (4:33 / km)
slept:8.0 (sick) shoes: NB 474

Happy Feet fun run at CNC Software. 1km paved loop fitness trail. I (again) chosen to be lead chipmunk to lead the kids around. After the first loop, picked up the pace a bit and ran 4 more loops. Probably half the kids (and parents) stopped after one loop, others ran additional loops.

Nice brisk morning to be out - 18F, sunny and breezy. Dug out my winter running hat and gloves so all was comfy for running.

Run - Trail (Happy Feet) 15:00 [2] 1.5 km (10:00 / km)
(sick) shoes: Adidas Response Trail 14

Hayden's running club - wasn't really dressed for it so not really much running, but a brisk trail walk and some running games on the field.

Run - Trail (Crandalls) 30:10 [3] 5.0 km (6:02 / km) +150m 5:15 / km
slept:8.0 weight:77.1kg (sick) shoes: NB 474

CW Jaunt around Crandalls - felt sluggish the entire way, pushed the last couple of minutes but not much in the tank for that. A little off trail due to missing the rather obscured by leaves trails and junctions.

Run - Road (SLR) 9:10 [1] 1.6 km (5:44 / km)
(sick) shoes: Adidas Response Trail 14

Timed mile with Jackson after school - no warmup - just trying to do a steady pace. 805m down the road (by GPS), then turn around and up the gentle slope back home.

He had been stressed out about 'failing' PE because he hadn't been able to do 9:45 for the mile at school. I knew he could, so we set out to run an even pace and prove it.
