ran up & down hare road to height of land 3 times. Was originally going to drive to Gay City, but wound up just running local roads/trails. Legs quite dead toward end.

forgot glasses, regular glasses a nuisance so took them off and ran blind - cautious & tentative. Nice day 80f, sunny - nothing special about the run other just getting out there.

warm, humid evening - wet woods - see comments. HR around 158-160 for first half of course in woods, but humidity got to me and I was dragging in the more open campus areas which brought the average hr down a bit.
