After taking the day off yesterday, around the buildings collecting rents. Then a stop at Sheffield's for some fine Bell's 6000 stout and chatting with a Cuban from Miami. Since I used to visit Miami a lot when I lived in Orlando and Puerto Rico, we had a lot to talk about.

Over to the train depot with pack and skis at 6am; up to Wisconsin to ski with Soupbone for the day. Then back to el from Union Station. Three hours on suburban trains today; but Soupbone provided prompt pick-up and drop-off so not a bad commute to skiing.

XC skiing (Skating) 2:00:00 [4] 14.0 km (8:34 / km) +110m 8:15 / km

UW-Parkside, Kenosha, Wisconsin. Soupbone groomed yesterday. But by this morning, tracks were refrozen and rutted. A good workout for my fourth skating session, demanding strength, technique and balance. At least I didn't fall all over the trail like Soupbone.....:-)
