orienteering 1:39:27 [5] 14.0 km (7:06 / km)

Good things first, speed getting better all the time, some good splits today...
But wasn't concentrating on to orienteering, was running, tryed to make some world record... Was trying way too much, noticed it but was too tired or lazy to do nothing for that. Hurry all the time so not many good legs, three bigger mistakes 3.,5. and 15. Four bigger routechoise mistakes 9.,13.,15. an 17. Pretty much totally awful orienteering working - with this kind of job the result could have been much worse

Pretty much same position than last year, but with much worse performance, so looks like that physical capasity is going up...
