Down to the park and did 4 laps of the grass and then home. Up to 20mins now on grass with no pain or anything from where the injury was. It was nice to have to layer up and face the rain. In a weird way i missed it. Also, heading to the Arena Clinic tomorrow for a checkup and to run on the Antigravity treadmill. Hopefully he will be able to guide me with recovery run ideas etc
