4 times up the hill elevation 300 metres. Terrain easier that previous hills less moss more stone, fewer swamps. First two uphills were difficult the rest were more or less OK. A refreshing shower under the waterfall in the fjord.

Warm up on the asphalt and then set off along the fjord in offroad. The moss are very soft, full of extremely cold water.Ran approx. 5 mins until the rocks started came back on asphalt and took some short offroad. It runs more or less OK but yesterdays vodka and beer kept the pulse quite high.

A training in Ebersfjord. Warm up on asphalt felt quite good until I started going up the hill. Elevetion 200 m but soft moss, snow makes things difficult . Came back on asphalt took some offroad but still feel tired. Running is not pleasant.

Mass O event in Margava. The first half was OK some small garbage in the control region but then a 2" mistake on the way to control No. 10. The direction keeping failed again. Very difficult in the middle part of the track two controls I was barely running. Later 30 sec mistake on the 20th control. Orienteering is improving but physical shape is going down.

Very interesting map and running was good. Small mistake on 2 nd control a 1", band route selection to control No.4 1", mistake on control No. 5 3", bad route selection on control No. 12 2", mistake on No 14 1". In total quite happy with the performance on difficult terrain but the result is not satisfying at all.

Mass O event in Gailiunai, Vilnius. Forest was clean and good for fast running. Mistake of 2" mins. on second control. Simas caught me up and we ran together. I went in front and he behind me checking the mistakes I was making and giving advices. It was very interesting and useful. Runnning is still difficult most probably arrived at some down period.

The result is not impressive but I am happy with the result. It ran OK, orienteering was pretty much OK. I managed to control the speed and reading of the map. The competition showed the week points: first of all O skills, speed and speed stamina. I thougth I can run faster for a longer time. Maybe I should change training methods?

Very interesting terrain and good track. I started well made mistake on the 3rd control misread the number though arrived very well at th control. In general no huge mistakes, sometimes lost the direction and made additional loops. Not enough speed. Very very steep hills are not my favourite.

Extra ordinary steep hills near Vilnius. I was walking 2/3 of the track with 8 minutes mistakes. Met Laukaitis on the way. On the flat surface managed to run away from him 2". No more drinking before the competition.
