Long run. The Pulse was stable all the way. Quite easy run - the performance is getting better sadly but the season is over...

Easy pace around Azuolynas with Gedutis. 17 mins for warm up, several streching exercises and 28 mins more. Additinal work out at home for general physical condition.

It was a good run. Hopefully I am on a good way. I did three 2,5 km flat laps. I tried to accelarate for 1 km and then 1,5 km slower pace, three times like this. I should start training with map more. 12 mins (2 km) warm up.

15 km on a bike to the forest and easy flat laps around. The pulse was lower than yesterday but I didn't push. 10 mins (2 km) warm up.

15 km on a bike to the forest and back. I can back from the Czech Republic with a lot of poison in my liver. The pace was quite OK but the pulse was driving me mad. 12 mins (2 km) warm up.

It was an interesting race but my performance is more than awful. Lots of mistakes approx. 20 mins. The running was slow but I did not try to move fast.

Local o-race on Thursday. Easy pace. Lots of mistakes though the forest is well known. It was good to get back after two weeks of injury. In the end the left hip reminded of itself.
